Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager for our New England Area Water Team to lead municipal water and/or wastewater projects from planning to construction. The role offers a hybrid schedule with offices in Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Rocky Hill, Portland, and Manchester, NH.

You will guide projects through design, bidding and construction administration while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Excellent organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage water and/or wastewater projects for municipal clients from planning through construction.
• Lead technical, cost and scheduling decisions with adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor staff and foster professional growth and client relationships.
• Participate in scoping activities and proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists and planners to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
