Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar engineering field.
• 8+ years of water/wastewater infrastructure project experience, including 2+ years in PM role.
• PE license in California required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and design delivery while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall delivery.
• Oversee development of engineering deliverables: plans, specs, cost estimates, documents, reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, teams and stakeholders; address questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Monitor project performance: financials, milestones, risks, resources; adjust as needed.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and presentations to strengthen relationships.
• Support business development: proposals, scopes, budgets, and interview teams.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in hiring and recruiting.
