Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Water & Wastewater team in Cranberry Township, PA. You will lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

As PM, you will manage budgets, schedules, and quality; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; and serve as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal staff. Willingness to travel and PA PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of civil, water or wastewater engineering experience.
• PA Professional Engineer license preferred, ability to obtain PA license beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; client-focused leader.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall project management for water and wastewater engineering projects.
• Lead budgets, schedules, and quality; monitor utilization and financial performance.
• Review plans and contract documents; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders; lead site visits and reviews.
• Maintain client communication and participate in business development initiatives.
