Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex heavy civil and water/wastewater projects. The role emphasizes safety, schedule control, cost management and subcontractor coordination on site.

You will drive field productivity, maintain high quality and foster teamwork while upholding company policies and industry best practices. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in water/wastewater, heavy civil or industrial projects preferred.
• Experience with piping and concrete.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall construction work for assigned projects.
• Update project schedules and manage labor costs.
• Coordinate subcontractor and self-perform work.
• Maintain safe workplace in partnership with Safety team.
• Control project costs through weekly cost evaluations.
• Oversee field productivity, quality control and scheduling.
• Support start/close meetings and update job status.
• Enforce company policies with field personnel and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership and promote a positive, professional culture.
