You will drive project execution from start to finish, balancing risk, quality, schedule, and costs while coordinating documentation and safety programs. Competenze

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction is required.
• Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management with a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proven ability to coach, train and mentor others.
• Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills, tact, and diplomacy are essential.

• Lead and manage construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement project documentation, cost control, reporting, change management, quality assurance, procurement, communication systems, and safety procedures.
• Ensure the predictability and quality of projects, focusing on owner satisfaction.
• Maintain leadership continuity throughout all construction phases, from initiation to final close-out and commissioning.
