• 5–7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater plant construction.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proven ability to coach, train and mentor others.
• Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication, tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement project documentation, change management, QA, procurement and safety procedures.
• Ensure project predictability, quality and owner satisfaction.
• Maintain leadership continuity through all construction phases, including commissioning.
