Baker Construction is expanding and has an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Treatment team in Florida. You will lead construction and commissioning of wastewater treatment plants and related infrastructure, leveraging our self-perform capabilities to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

As project manager you will oversee initiation through close-out, manage risk, quality, cost reporting, and safety.

Competenze

5-7 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
Knowledge of construction, design, finance and management best practices.
BS degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Mansioni

Lead construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Oversee budgeting, cost control and financial reporting for projects.
Develop and implement project documentation, change management, QA, procurement and safety procedures.
Ensure project predictability, quality and owner satisfaction.
Maintain leadership continuity across all construction phases, from initiation to close-out and commissioning.
Leverage self-perform capabilities to optimize project control, quality and efficiency.
