Olsson in Denver is seeking a Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater team to lead complex projects from scope through delivery. You will assemble and mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or associate degree with equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of eight years of project experience within an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility.
• Registered Professional Engineer required.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater services.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage the financial success of projects.
• Manages complex contract negotiations.
• Leads the execution of project plans by assembling and managing project teams and coordinating resources.
• Serves as primary liaison between all parties involved in a project.
• Monitors progress and measures project performance, ensuring deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintains relationships with clients and focuses on exceptional client service to secure future work.
