Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater Department at our Wall Township, NJ headquarters. Lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to a growing, employee-owned firm with a strong regional reputation.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory engagement, and team leadership to deliver practical, high‑quality infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Water and/or Wastewater Engineering.
• Must hold a New Jersey PE License.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills to engage with peers and clients.
• Experience with regulatory coordination and funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and funding entities.
• Prepare technical design studies and contract documents for water and wastewater projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality; provide financial status reports.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews.
