Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil/site projects from pursuit through design, approvals, and construction support at our Wall Township, NJ HQ. You will guide client development, oversee proposals, and manage project financial performance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes risk management, QA/QC, and cross-selling FPA’s services to strengthen long-term client relationships in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in site engineering and land development.
• PE license in New Jersey and professional licensure required.
• Experience testifying before municipal boards to support project approvals.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of cross-selling services.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuit through design, approvals, and construction support.
• Oversee proposals, project financial performance, and QA/QC.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; identify extension opportunities.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams; manage RFQs and budgets.
