Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects from planning through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships.
• Develop project execution strategies, scopes of work, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality technical solutions while balancing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and implement strategies to keep projects moving forward.
• Drive financial performance through planning, forecasting, change management, and cost control.
• Lead project teams through evolving client needs and changing project requirements.
• Champion technical excellence, quality management, safety and regulatory compliance.
