CDM Smith is seeking an experienced water resources engineer to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal and industrial water projects across the Midwest from our Indianapolis office. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, evaluate feasibility studies, and mentor junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality design.
The role offers opportunities for technical leadership, client interaction, and involvement in proposals and industry conferences.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 7 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency depends on project demands.
Responsabilidades
- Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal and industrial water projects in the Midwest.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and client communications.
