Job summary

Fishbeck, a 100% employee-owned firm, is seeking a Water/Wastewater Process Engineer or Project Manager to join our Michigan team in Farmington and Grand Rapids. You’ll manage projects from planning through construction, mentor staff, and lead complex water and wastewater facility efforts.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, support business development, and build relationships with municipal clients. Hybrid schedule options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE registration required or in process. Mentoring and leadership abilities are valued.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater projects from concept through construction.
• Lead facility master plans, analyses, feasibility studies, and preliminary reports.
• Coordinate design efforts across multiple disciplines; develop documents and permits.
• Build relationships with municipal and utility clients; mentor staff; support business development.
