Qualifications

• PE license required or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• 8+ years of water and/or wastewater process experience with utilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience interacting with clients and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare master planning studies, feasibility analyses, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Develop design documents and obtain permits from regulatory agencies.
• Mentor staff and pursue project opportunities and proposals.
• Attend site visits and client meetings.
