Langan International, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager - Water and Wastewater to advance national water strategy initiatives, due diligence, water sourcing, and regulatory compliance for mission critical clients across the United States. This role emphasizes leadership in water and wastewater treatment, permits, and project execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, 6+ years in the field, and 2+ years leading projects in a consulting

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of environmental field experience with a minimum of 2 years in project management within a consulting environment.
• PE or CHMM certification or on track to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and staff.

Mansioni

• Support water due diligence for data center developments, including source water assessments and regulatory analyses.
• Develop water sourcing strategies using municipal, groundwater, surface, and reclaimed water.
• Advance wastewater discharge strategies including NPDES permitting and water reuse.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on water and wastewater infrastructure planning and utility interface design.
• Provide regulatory guidance on water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reuse applications.
• Collaborate with utilities, municipalities, regulators, and clients to navigate permitting challenges.
• Support project lifecycle from site selection through permitting, construction, startup, and operations.
• Provide regulatory oversight for Safe Drinking Water Act programs and responses to NOVs.
