Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Water Resource Discipline Lead to head the PA/NJ Water Resources group and work with NJ clients on high-profile infrastructure projects in New Jersey. The role involves leading design management, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, and regulatory permitting while collaborating with other STV offices regionally.

The candidate should have 15+ years of water resources experience, a BS in Civil Engineering, and NJ P.E. licensure (or eligibility within 6 months).

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
NJ PE License required, or the ability to obtain licensure in NJ within 6 months through reciprocity from another state.
Experience with NJDOT and NJTA projects.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the PA/NJ Water Resources team including design management and staff development.
Lead the design and analysis of hydrologic/hydraulic studies, drainage, stormwater management systems and erosion/sediment controls.
Oversee environmental permits and construction documents, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project schedules to milestones.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
