Job summary

Ardurra seeks an experienced Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead design and delivery of municipal and institutional water projects from Columbia, SC. You will coordinate engineers, designers, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PE preferred, and at least ten years of experience. The role focuses on client relations, project oversight, mentoring staff, and delivering value in a collaborative, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions to add value to clients and differentiate Ardurra.
• Market to existing clients through project performance and expand contracts.
• Deliver service to the client and manage client relations.
• Conduct monthly project reviews with the client and/or principal in charge.
• Manage multiple design consultants to complete detailed construction plans.
• Prepare an effective project management plan at project startup.
• Ensure project setup information is correctly entered in the PM system.
• Clarify roles, tasks, schedule, and budget for each team member.
• Mentor junior staff and consult with the principal in charge for guidance.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, and quality during execution.
• Provide team leadership and accountability for technical, financial, and schedule delivery.
• Manage the project from initiation through closeout and handle risk management.
• Ensure prompt invoicing and collections.
