Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater to join our staff in Charleston, SC. The role involves planning, designing, and potentially managing multidiscipline water and wastewater projects for municipal clients.

You may contribute to hydraulic modeling, team oversight, and client interactions. Qualifications include a 4+ year track record in water/wastewater design and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years in water/wastewater design, permitting, construction, and project management.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client interface, and regulatory interaction.
• Strong organization and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specs, reports, and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks, and storage systems.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Create, calibrate, modify hydraulic models and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Assist PMs in allocating junior staff and managing workloads.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Meet with clients and perform business development duties.
