Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to plan, design and manage multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects for municipal and institutional clients in the region.

You will develop designs, supervise a team of engineers and sub-consultants, and engage with clients to respond to qualifications and proposals while ensuring compliance with state regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or other related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater/public works engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer's license in SC is a plus.
• Experience in managing production and treatment projects and/or water distribution and wastewater collection modeling preferred.
• Advanced understanding of water treatment/distribution and wastewater collection/treatment principles and state regulations preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead or assist project teams on multiple projects.
• Active participant in company culture and collaboration.
• Ability to guide and coordinate with multiple professionals and departments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specs, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water/wastewater systems, or lead a team of professionals.
• Respond to qualifications requests and assist with teaming opportunities.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Create, calibrate, modify and perform hydraulic modeling for water/wastewater systems and communicate results.
