HRG, an employee-owned consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm, seeks a Project Engineer | Water & Wastewater in Harrisburg, PA. You will deliver complex water and wastewater projects, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with project managers and clients to meet budgets, schedules, and quality goals.

Requirements include a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree and 5+ years of related experience; PE licensure or progression toward it is highly preferred; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, and reports for permitting.
• Perform hydraulic and process calculations with advanced software.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project managers and clients.
• Support proposals and business development efforts.
