Ardurra Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Knoxville, TN to plan, design, and possibly manage multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects. The role includes technical design, hydraulic modeling, and coordination with staff and sub-consultants.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 5 years of related experience, and a PE license is preferred. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for client interfacing and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 years of related experience in water/wastewater design, permitting and construction.
• A Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, contractors and regulators is critical.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (2020+) and hydraulic modeling software is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed designs, plans, specs, reports and cost estimates for treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, tanks and other water/wastewater systems.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants on multi-discipline projects.
• Create, calibrate, modify hydraulic models and interpret results for stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers in allocation of junior staff and manage workloads.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Meet with clients and perform business development duties.
