Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer for its Memphis/Nashville footprint. The role is based on-site in Cordova, TN with opportunities to work across Tennessee and Western Kentucky.

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
Professional Engineering license in Tennessee or ability to gain licensure via reciprocity.

Responsibilities

Lead or support water/wastewater projects with a focus on design and delivery.
Develop project design concepts and criteria for water resources systems.
Analyze complex design problems and develop new techniques as needed.
Coordinate with construction personnel on design constructability.
Oversee construction phase activities including schedules, costs, and invoicing.
Monitor project progress for technical accuracy and adherence to schedule and budget.
Prepare and finalize planning documents; contribute to proposals.
Represent projects at meetings and conferences.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and design staff as needed.
