Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Water/Wastewater Project Engineer for our Memphis, TN office, with the role based out of the Nashville office and opportunities to work across Tennessee and Western Kentucky.

The Civil Engineer will lead and support water/wastewater projects, delivering innovative design and excellent client service. The candidate will play a key role in project execution, consult with construction teams, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
Professional Engineer license in Tennessee or reciprocity.
Minimum 10 years of water/wastewater experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Participates in development of project design concepts and criteria.
Analyzes complex design problems and develops new techniques.
Consults with construction personnel on constructability.
May lead on-site resident engineering services, reviewing compliance and schedules.
Monitors progress for technical accuracy and budget adherence.
Prepares and finalizes planning documents; contributes to proposals.
Represents projects at meetings and conferences.
May supervise design engineering activities for large projects.
Mentor junior engineers and design staff.
