Veolia is seeking a Project Engineer to support Purification & Disinfection and ZeeWeed ITR teams in executing custom designs for water and wastewater systems. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, delegate and coach junior engineers, and drive design analyses, BOMs, and documentation to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in project engineering, and travel 10–20%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a related engineering field with project engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical related design of water and wastewater treatment systems, meeting project schedule, budget, and customers’ expectations.
• Execute and coordinate the design of orders for the ZeeWeed ITR teams, and support Sales and Commercial Engineering with the design of UF membrane replacement opportunities.
• Be a resource for the Applications and Project Management teams to assist in day to day project work; feed back findings to Product Management.
• Perform calculations for sizing, generate technical specifications and bid evaluations for fabrication/procurement of mechanical equipment.
• Engineer systems in compliance with engineering principles, customer standards, contractual requirements, and local codes.
• Review drawings and data to ensure accurate documentation; coordinate design reviews and issue resolutions.
• Delegate and support junior engineers and contractors in project execution activities.
• Meet Quality Management System requirements and interface with project manager and customer on resolution.
