Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4–10 years of experience to join our El Paso, TX office (also open to Las Cruces). The role focuses on water and wastewater projects, including supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal, in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a PE license, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD/SewerCAD, and building information

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• PE license required
• 4+ years in civil engineering, water/wastewater preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for plan production
• Experience with WaterCAD/SewerCAD modeling
• Plant3D and Revit experience a plus
• Experience with pump sizing and pipe design
• Experience with technical report writing

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, and provide construction support for municipal water and wastewater projects
• Lead and collaborate with project teams
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Support hydraulic modeling and capacity analyses
• Assist with project management: scheduling, budgeting, QC, deliverable reviews
• Provide construction support: RFIs, submittals, field evaluations, clarifications
• Communicate with clients, regulators, and other engineers to ensure project success
