Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in El Paso, TX is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4–10 years of experience to join our team. The role centers on municipal water and wastewater projects, including supply, treatment, storage, and distribution.

You will perform planning, design, and construction support, collaborate with project managers and staff, and contribute to reports, permitting, and client communications in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and civil engineering principles.
• 2nd item
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience in water/wastewater.
• PE license required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD/SewerCAD, Plant3D, and Revit.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Perform planning, analysis, design, and construction support for municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, design memos, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Support hydraulic modeling and system capacity analyses.
• Assist with project management activities and client interaction.
• Provide field support during construction and respond to RFIs.
