Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater design.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona or ability to obtain one quickly.
• Experience with infrastructure such as pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, lift stations, and well systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and business development for the water/wastewater division.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Oversee engineering and technical staff for project delivery.
• Conduct public and client presentations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff.
