Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 12+ years of experience focused on water/wastewater engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead water/wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large-diameter conveyance projects from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across municipalities and agencies.
• Provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with environmental and engineering standards.
• Review and approve system layouts, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks, and guide teams to meet project milestones.
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
• Grow the water/wastewater practice locally through strategic planning, marketing, and client outreach.
• Operate with integrity and sound business principles while managing projects profitably.
