Job summary

Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a skilled operator to oversee water distribution and treatment operations. The role includes maintaining pumps, valves, and related equipment, managing chemical feeds and inventory, and ensuring accurate data reporting.

Ideal candidates have NC certifications for wastewater or surface water, a valid driver's license, and experience in a water treatment environment. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and availability for on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NC Wastewater Operator Certification (Grade II+) and/or Water Operator (Grade B Surface Water) required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVRS.
• Experience in a water treatment environment.
• Ability to read, write, compile and analyze data and reports daily.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains water distribution system including pumps, motors, valves, generators, and equipment.
• Handles chemical feed systems, including dosing and inventory management.
• Maintains pump stations and performs sample collection, lab testing and reporting.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintains facility grounds and performs landscape maintenance as needed.
• Works weekends, overtime and on-call as required.
