Job summary

ClearWater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Water (Grade B)/Wastewater (Grade III) Operator in Yanceyville, NC. The role covers operation, maintenance, and supervision of water distribution and treatment systems.

You will handle chemical dosing, perform sampling and lab testing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The candidate must have NC certifications or be eligible and hold a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work weekends and on-call shifts is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
North Carolina certification as a Wastewater Operator (Grade III or higher) and/or Water Operator (Grade B Surface Water) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Records required.
Experience in a water treatment environment preferred.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain water distribution system, pumps, motors, valves, and equipment.
Manage chemical feed systems, dosing, and inventory.
Perform sample collection, lab testing, and data entry with reporting.
Maintain pump stations and monitor control panels, gauges, and meters.
Willingness to perform grounds and landscape tasks as needed.
Work weekends, overtime, and be on-call as required.
