Job summary

Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a hands-on operator to manage water distribution and wastewater treatment systems in the assigned area. The role involves servicing pumps, motors, valves, generators and related equipment, with emphasis on pump stations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include sample collection and lab testing, record-keeping and reporting, preventive maintenance, and occasional landscape tasks. Weekend/overtime availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in water treatment environment is a plus.
• Strong reading, writing and data-entry skills for daily reporting.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains water distribution and water/wastewater treatment systems with pumps, motors, valves, generators and related equipment.
• Maintains pump stations and performs preventive maintenance.
• Collects samples, prepares them, and conducts laboratory testing.
• Maintains records, performs data entry, and provides detailed reporting.
• Ensures work completes on time and in compliance with safety rules.
• Analyzes pump equipment, troubleshoots malfunctions, and monitors water operations.
• Performs minor repairs on equipment and infrastructure.
• Performs grounds maintenance including cleaning equipment and tanks.
• Performs landscape tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
