Job summary

Quadvest Lp in Magnolia, AR seeks an Operator in Training to perform routine checks of water and wastewater facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards under supervision of the operations manager.

You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with investigations of leaks and flow issues, and work toward earning the TCEQ Class D Water and Class D Wastewater licenses within one year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain both TCEQ Class D Water and Class D Wastewater licenses within 12 months.
• Prefer experience in field operations and a clean driving record.
• Strong math, reading, reporting, and basic algebra/geometry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks of small facilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance and schedule work as needed.
• Investigate work orders on issues such as leaks, pressure, quality, and meter-related problems.
• Execute flushing per SOPs and TCEQ requirements.
• Assist with related responsibilities under supervision of Operations.
