Responsibilities

• Operate wastewater treatment plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, blowers and chemical feed systems.
• Collect samples, run tests, and log results; adjust chemical treatment as needed.
• Maintain plant records and reports accurately and on time.
• Assist regulatory representatives during inspections.
• Respond to and control releases of hazardous liquids and gases; perform safety procedures.
• Record daily observations and enter data into logs.
