Central States Water Resources in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Water/Wastewater Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and construction teams ensuring systems operate reliably and in compliance. You will oversee field crews and contractors, manage work orders, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and customer service to minimize disruptions while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

A CDL and OSHA training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee construction and maintenance of water and wastewater systems.
• Ensure contractor compliance with standards and documents.
• Monitor contractor performance to protect reliability and asset life.
• Ensure environmental permit compliance and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate field inspections and asset commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians in the assigned zone.
• Manage work orders and execute open projects.
• Dig and install new mains as needed.
• Oversee repairs and new line installation.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams.
• Escalate risks impacting health, compliance, or uptime.
