Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be capable of lifting 100 lbs.

• Ohio EPA Class I Water Distribution or Wastewater license or obtain within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains water distribution and sewer collection facilities, including mains, valves, hydrants, service lines, sanitary sewers and related equipment.
• Reads and interprets maps, drawings, and GIS data; locates mains and services for construction work.
• Performs Customer Service, Meter Reading and Treatment Plant Operations as assigned.
• Responds to after-hours calls for emergencies and scheduled overtime as required.
