• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and contracts.
• Mathematical calculations, surveying knowledge, and materials testing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in inspecting work quality and materials across projects.
• Verify contractor work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Review monthly pay applications and proposed change orders.
• Coordinate with design professionals and contractors to interpret plans and ensure constructability.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation of field activities.
• Assist project manager with project planning, quality assurance, and financial aspects.
