Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering.
• 10–15+ years in water/wastewater with delivery and business development.
• PE license in Washington or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new water/wastewater opportunities.
• Lead regional business development strategy and client relationships.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of projects including treatment plants.
• Act as principal-in-charge or project manager on priority projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage staffing and budgets.
