Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. seeks a Group Lead for Water/Wastewater facilities in the Puget Sound region, with hybrid work in Seattle, Bellevue, or Tacoma. You will drive growth, set technical direction, and mentor staff while delivering complex projects for municipal, industrial, and private clients.

Required are a PE license in WA (or commitment to obtain) and 10–15+ years in water/wastewater delivery and BD. Strong leadership and client skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 10-15+ years of progressive water/wastewater experience including project delivery and business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington required, or PE in another state with commitment to obtain WA licensure.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and delivering complex water/wastewater projects including treatment plants, conveyance systems, and pumping stations.
• Strong leadership, client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills; familiarity with Washington municipal clients and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new water/wastewater opportunities in municipal and private sectors.
• Build and maintain client relationships across Puget Sound region.
• Lead proposal strategy, presentations, and negotiations to win projects and grow regional presence.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of complex water and wastewater projects including treatment plants and pumping stations.
• Act as principal-in-charge, group lead, or project manager ensuring budget, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff to strengthen technical depth and business development.
