The role focuses on water and wastewater projects, serving as an internal consulting resource and providing technical guidance on proposals and client presentations. Ideal candidates have a PE license, 10+ years of civil engineering experience in water systems, and a proven record mentoring staff while delivering high-quality project

Qualifications

• Professional engineering license is required or in process for licensed practice.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience focused on water and wastewater.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-interfacing skills.
• Experience mentoring less experienced staff and coordinating project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical specialist on water treatment projects.
• Provide internal technical advice to project managers for proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate on project planning, scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop design plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor quality and deliverables across project lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and contribute to staff development.
• Travel to client meetings and Bartlett & West locations as needed.
