Mentor and develop staff; oversee engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

Act as a technical specialist in engineering discipline and provide internal technical advice to PMs.
Collaborate on project scope, estimates, and scheduling with PMs and clients.
Direct production of deliverables: studies, design, specs, bid docs, and construction support.
Provide input on cost/budget estimates and risk provisions in agreements.
Oversee project teams, mentor staff, and ensure quality across deliverables.
Engage with clients and vendors, present at meetings and conferences as needed.
