Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects that support community reliability, safety, and resilience. You will oversee planning, design, permitting, and delivery while managing scope, schedule, and budget and serving as the primary client contact.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and work within RETTEW’s 100% employee-owned structure to deliver meaningful projects and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license, with PA licensure or eligibility through reciprocity.
• Demonstrated project-management experience with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Serve as client contact and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and mentor engineers and staff while supporting proposals and client relationships.
