Kennedy Jenks invites aspiring engineers to join the 2027 Kickstart Internship Program in San Francisco, CA. Interns will support project teams across water resources, water quality, wastewater, and recycled water planning, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world design and reporting tasks.

The program offers mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities, with a hybrid work model and a minimum of two days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Completion of a minimum of junior (third-year) standing in an accredited engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams providing solutions for water resources, water quality, wastewater and water treatment, and recycled water planning.
• Get involved in significant projects across the United States with field work, reports, calculations, and design plans.
• Attend client meetings, visit project sites, and participate in mentorship and networking activities.
