Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Kickstart Internship Program in Pasadena, CA. You will support water resources, water quality, wastewater, and water treatment projects across the United States, with opportunities for field work, reports, calculations, and site visits.

The internship offers mentorship, meaningful projects, professional development, and networking opportunities. Hybrid work with two in-office days per week is provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Completion of a minimum of junior (third-year) standing in an accredited engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Working on a variety of projects which allow you to apply skills and calculations that you have learned in school
• Managing ongoing projects and communicating with other team members and clients
• Attending and contributing to client meetings
• Visiting project sites
• Receiving mentorship and advising
• Networking with employees and clients
