Job summary

ewi Recruitment seeks a Water & Wastewater Engineer to support planning, design, delivery and improvement of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will contribute to treatment, pumping, pipelines and networks, working with multidisciplinary teams to develop compliant and cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should hold a degree in civil/environmental/water engineering with relevant experience; knowledge of hydraulic principles and design software is

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, environmental, water engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in water and/or wastewater projects is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles and design software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings and schedules.
• Assess hydraulic performance and system capacity.
• Develop design solutions for water and wastewater assets.
• Review contractor and supplier submissions.
• Support site investigations, construction activities and technical inspections.
• Ensure designs meet legislation, standards, health and safety requirements.
