Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer/Design Manager to join the Resilience Water Team in Tampa or Orlando, Florida. You will lead planning, design, and construction for water and wastewater systems, collaborating with experienced professionals and clients to deliver sustainable solutions.

Role includes developing scopes, budgets, and design documents, supporting construction administration, and pursuing new opportunities. Some local travel may be required to sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in engineering and consulting, primarily related to the municipal water market.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• 6 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater market (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks and projects for planning, design, and construction of Water/Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plants.
• Develop design and construction documents (reports, memoranda, specifications) to ensure projects are planned and executed effectively.
• Provide construction administration support; collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in pursuit capture planning and proposal preparation to secure future work; may include local travel for site visits and meetings.
