Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer/Design Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Tampa or Orlando, Florida. You will lead planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater systems and manage project deliverables.

Collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams, develop scopes and budgets, pursue new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of Arcadis while traveling locally as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in municipal water market projects.
• Proven ability to manage design and construction documents.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and construction of water/wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plants.
• Develop design and construction documents, such as reports, technical memoranda, and specifications.
• Support construction administration of projects, ensuring processes meet guidelines.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in pursuit capture planning and prepare proposals to secure future work.
