Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a Staff Engineer 2 to join our Water Market. This opportunity focuses on design assistance for wastewater treatment plant upgrades, sewer system extensions, and waterline extensions for municipal clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of water/wastewater experience, EIT preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. T&M offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; EIT preferred.
• 3-5 years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of water and wastewater treatment facility projects.
• Provide project design assistance for WWTP upgrades, sewer system extensions, and waterline extensions.
• Prepare plans, design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Assist with permitting, construction management, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Conduct field inspections, condition assessments, and site visits as required.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior staff across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with client and regulatory standards.
