Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production of engineering reports, facility plans, and economic analyses for water/wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders; prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and provide quality control for complex deliverables.
• Manage construction phase of multi-discipline projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
