J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. in Kennewick, WA is seeking a collaborative Water/Wastewater Design Engineer (EIT or PE) to join our Kennewick office.

If you have 3–6 years of water, wastewater, or municipal infrastructure experience, you’ll work on diverse projects and grow toward project management or technical leadership. You’ll design water distribution, wastewater collection, and related systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and agencies to deliver high-impact public works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience focused on water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and design of water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, and wastewater collection systems.
• Supporting projects from concept through construction.
• Analyze engineering data, interpret plans and specifications, and make sound decisions.
• Working closely with senior engineers and project managers who actively mentor and invest in your growth.
• Collaborate with agencies, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organize and conduct meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies.
