Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Design-Build Project Manager to lead municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects across the DMV region (Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland). The role requires managing multidisciplinary teams and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

With 10+ years in municipal infrastructure and a PE license (or reciprocity), you will oversee pursuits, contracts, budgeting, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, and/or stormwater projects with Design-Build or alt. delivery.
• PE license in VA/MD/DC or reciprocity.
• Assoc. DBIA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater Design-Build projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships with utilities, local governments, and contractors.
• Oversee project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
